Meet the Core Entertainment Team
John Wilson
I began my path through the music industry when I was 15 and I began to have an interest in recording my own music. I had been playing the drums since I turned 12 and my high school band wanted to record our first album. Like any high school student I didn’t have any money for studio time, so I decided to learn to do it myself! I was infected with something my college professor’s called the “Recording Bug” and became obsessed with recording and mixing music. I eventually made my way to Citrus College where I earned my degree in Recording Technology.
When I am not in the studio, you can find me dreaming up my next stage design. While I was a student, I participated in a number a theatrical performances as a tech. This is where I learned about lighting, prop building, and most importantly how to improvise! I use this experience today to make your dream event come to life. Whether it’s a concert, private party, or wedding, I am here to take care of the heavy lifting from start to finish!
